Renewable energy is a very 'hot' topic right now in not only the USA but other parts of the world.  Although this topic is not new until very recent years not much as been done to make our world a better place to live by using clean energy methods.

   Why is that you may ask?
The sun rises every morning, and naturally the wind blows so we have sources of renewable energy available to us in abundance.  Yet, to many implementing a solar system or a wind turbine in today's economy would take quite a bit of money.  After all, it is much easier to switch on a light by staying hooked up to the 'grid' and pay an electric bill even though many energy bills are very high on a monthly basis.
But as with nearly everything else, we can only expect to see this type of energy use going higher and higher in costs.

We can have cleaner, more efficient energy by using solar or wind turbine methods of producing electricity; however, the installation costs are something to weigh up.
